These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Gujarat University Recruitment Portal. By using this service, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this portal only for lawful recruitment and application activities. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access, submit misleading information, or misuse another user account.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update any important account details.

3. Google Login

If you choose Google Sign-In, you authorize us to use your Google profile information only for authentication and account access within this recruitment portal, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Service Availability

We strive to keep the portal available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues, or external outages may temporarily affect availability.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gujarat University is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the portal, delays, interruptions, or user-submitted content.

6. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if account activity poses a security risk, or when required for legal or operational reasons.
